This time around he has said not much to worry about as thorough inspection throughout the condo he only found one dead termite which seemed to have died few years ago in the attic. After he left I texted him how much was the fee for his visit, and he replied there was no charge for the visit. He must have spent almost an our for the visit. and afterwards he even emailed me an inspection report of the visit. But the reason Cura is now my go to company for any termite/pest problems is their honesty, thorough knowledge, and commitment of their service.
